Roland DG introduces Dimense Surface

Roland DG will debut Dimense Surface at London Design Festival, combining tactile wallcoverings with designs from leading global studios. The festival started on September 12 and continued till September 20. Roland DG will mark the debut of  Dimense Surface, a new premium interior wallcovering brand from Roland DG that combines striking visual design with tactile, dimensional surfaces. Launching with an exclusive collection developed alongside four international design studios, the brand aims to transform walls into immersive design experiences that engage both sight and touch. Titled ‘A New Era for Texture-Led Design’, it is a dedicated exhibition at the former SCP showroom in Shoreditch. Showcasing original works from collaborating studios in London, Tokyo and New York through immersive interior installations, the exhibition explores how texture, depth and dimension can shape atmosphere, enhance materiality and create richer sensory experiences.

For architects, interior designers and design enthusiasts, the exhibition offers a rare opportunity to experience some of the world’s leading creative voices exploring texture as a defining element of contemporary wallpapers. At the heart of the exhibition will be the Dimense Surface Collaboration Series, a collection of exclusive wallpapers created in partnership with four internationally renowned studios: Nice Projects (London), KEIJI ASHIZAWA DESIGN (Tokyo), LOVEISENOUGH (New York) and JAM (London). Each studio has developed bespoke designs that reflects their own distinctive approach to texture, materiality and spatial experience. Powered by Roland DG’s innovative Dimense printing technology, the collection combines striking visual design with tactile embossed surfaces that can be seen and felt. By bringing texture, depth and dimension into the design process, Dimense Surface enables architects and interior designers to create richer, more engaging environments.
