Canon LUCIA PRO II pigment ink system earns recognition for POP applications

Canon imagePROGRAF GP-2600S’ LUCIA PRO II pigment ink system has earned recognition for signage and point-of-purchase (POP) applications. The award-winning Canon press was recognized for output quality in applications including retail signage and point-of-purchase displays. The printer is equipped with Canon’s LUCIA PRO II pigment ink system, which the company says delivers an expanded colour gamut and consistent print quality.

Kiyoshi Oka, Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Marketing Strategy Unit at Canon U.S.A., said: “The varioPRESS iV7 and imagePROGRAF GP-2600S reflect our ongoing investment in helping customers achieve exceptional results through breakthrough technology, outstanding quality, and production versatility.” According to Keypoint Intelligence, Canon holds the largest installed base from 2015 to 2025 in the color large production sheetfed inkjet B3/B2 category and the largest installed base from 2014 to 2025 in color continuous feed inkjet. Canon was also named a Leader in the IDC MarketScape: Worldwide High-Speed Inkjet 2025 Vendor Assessment.
