Smartphone maker Xiaomi India has announced the investment of Rs 100 cr to expand retail reach in India. Under the new initiative—Grow With Mi (GWM)—the company plans to double the number of its offline retail touch points as well as exclusive retail stores. A statement from the company stated that they are going to double the number of MI stores in the next two years—increasing from 3,000 Mi stores to 6,000 plus Mi stores. The retail expansion plan of Xiaomi India is a new business opportunity which will bring fresh business opportunity to signage companies engaging in in-store design and graphic projects.
