Teabox to expand its offline presence with four more centers

Online tea seller Teabox has plans to expand its offline presence and open four more experience centres by the end of this year in Mumbai and Bengaluru. So far, it has two such stores at the airports of Mumbai and Bengaluru. Apart from these two cities, Teabox has offline retail presence in Pune and Hyderabad. The company sells tea at rates ranging from Rs 6,000 to Rs 3 lakh per kilogram. Teabox also claims to have launched India’s most expensive tea, priced at Rs 2,00,000 per kilogram, as part of its ‘Private Reserve’ collection. This particular tea was exclusively produced for Teabox from the famed Badamtam estate in Darjeeling. Teabox’s strategic plan to expand its offline stores is a big business opportunity for the signage companies engaging in in-store graphic, branding and such projects.
