OnPrintShop v13.1 uses AI and no-code tools to cut product setup time, helping print shops launch products faster without adding staff. At the recent PRINTING United Expo 2026, the company demonstrated the version 13.1, a release built around the pre-sale work of building pages, configuring products, and getting designs online, so print teams can grow order volume without growing headcount. Most conversations about print efficiency focus on production. The quieter drain sits earlier, in the setup work before a single order is placed. Building store pages, configuring products, and getting designs online each look small on their own. Together they consume hours, and they often wait on a developer or an outside designer. Version 13.1 goes straight at that gap, and it arrives as print teams are being asked to handle more order volume with the same staff.
The release moves the heaviest setup tasks closer to the people already on the floor. Online store pages can now be built and updated with drag-and-drop layouts, with no HTML or CSS, so non-technical team members can manage them without leaning on a developer. AI-assisted templates and PDF-to-template conversion let a team turn existing artwork into sellable products in minutes rather than hours, without waiting on outside design help. Two additions open new ground rather than just saving time. Custom-shaped and die-cut labels can now be sold from the same product setup, letting shops serve the growing demand for custom labels and packaging without adding a separate tool. Clear priority flags carry rush jobs across the workflow, so urgent orders stay visible and the deadlines, along with the repeat business tied to them, hold. The release also adds phone-based OTP login for B2B and B2C buyers, giving store owners tighter access control and end users faster sign-in. Rounding out the update are in-app image editing, draft quotes, more flexible quantity selection, and support for 4over products in Google and Facebook shopping feeds.
