Onitsuka Tiger aims at retail expansion in India

Onitsuka Tiger, one of the leading Japanese fashion brands from Asics, which has forayed into India, is looking to have around 12 brand stores in Tier-I cities across the country. Asics’ plan is to establish Onitsuka Tiger brand in the Indian market to the fullest in the next three years as the company is sensing a good opportunity with growing number of impressive customers in metro cities. As per its strategy, the fashion brand will build up a sales network by adding new 3-4 stores every year on franchise model to cash in on increasing and growing appetite for luxury things. The high-end fashion brand’s retail expansion move is an added business advantage for signage companies whose activities involve in in-shop branding, designing and such tasks.
