With thirteen highly skilled, professional distributors promoting the Kornit machines in the Asia Pacific territory, and providing technical services to Kornit customers in more than 20 different regions, KDAP’s strengthens its presence in the Asia Pacific territory to provide customers and distributors another channel of communication to convey their varied support needs.
KDAP Front Service & Support Operation has already begun supporting Kornit’s distributors with their customer-service efforts in the Asia Pacific territory. In the near future, the office will provide full direct logistical services to the Asia Pacific distributors, including handling all deliveries of consumables and spare parts, and managing a local inventory for increased availability and short lead times. The office will also offer a variety of professional training sessions, including technical operation and maintenance training, and comprehensive applications training of art & pre-press sessions.
