KIIAN Digital chooses FESPA 2015 (Cologne, Germany) to debut its new Digistar range of water-based inks. The company has also confirmed its Platinum Sponsorship at the expo. The new Digistar range of water-based inks is designed for a wide range of applications including soft signage or other range of textile printing. The new Digistar range includes: Digistar WR-500, which is a water-based multi-purpose sublimation transfer ink compatible with RICOH GEN 5 printhead and a wide range of substrates across the sports apparel, fashion and interior décor sectors, providing maximum versatility. The ink offers high chromatic performance and colour concentration, good general fastness and excellent release (transfer) capacity, with no risk labelling required. Digistar AIR is also a sublimation transfer ink, compatible with RICOH printheads. Developed for printing onto light and/or low coated papers, this new transfer ink has excellent quick drying features.
