Considering the adverse impact of COVID-19, the Governing Council of IPAMA (Indian Printing Packaging and Allied Machinery Manufacturers’ Association) has revised the dates of the 15th edition of its flagship event PRINTPACK INDIA 2021 as December 20-24. After the announcement of the new dates, the council had deliberated with a view to extending maximum relief so that more companies could participate in the exhibition. Accordingly, the 117th Meeting of the IPAMA Governing Council was physically organised on March 22, 2021 to consider extending relief to space charges to subdue the impact of COVID-19 and lockdowns.
Keeping in view of all the relevant factors, the IPAMA Governing Council took the decision that exhibitors should be charged minimum space rentals, only to meet the basic requirements. Accordingly, the council has approved these discounts—Basic Charges for Bare Space: Rs 8000 per sq m; Basic Charges for Shell Scheme: Rs.9000 per sq m; Early Bird Discount to All Exhibitors: Rs1000 per sq m, subject to payment by due dates; Membership Discount: 5-15 percent; Motivational Discount for Regular Members: Rs1000 per sq m; Motivational Discount for Associate Members: Rs 500 per sq m; COVID-19 Special Discount for Regular Members: Rs 2000 per sq m; COVID-19 Special Discount for Associate Members: Rs 500 per sq m. Apart from providing the discounts, IPAMA may also favourably consider extending some complimentary services to the exhibitors and business visitors during the exhibition.
