Goli Vada Pav chalks out plan for expansion in North and East India

Mumbai-based Goli Vada Pav, one of the largest quick service restaurant chains in the domestic segment, has chalked out plan to expand in North and East India. The company plans to open 100 stores each in the states of Uttar Pradesh and Delhi, targeting next two years to move ahead with the long drawn strategy. The company will start the store in the potential area and would set it before starting a new one. Goli Vada Pav had also planned to open 30-40 stores in Punjab and Kolkata in next two years. Currently, the Goli Vada Pavs have close to 300 stores in more than 60 cities in 16 states. The expansion govern by the theory that why can’t Vada Pav move out of Mumbai when Dominos and McDonald could move out of their countr will bring in a fresh business opportunity for the signage players engaging in in-shop displays, designs and related activities.
