Targeting Tier-II and III cities, Five Star Chicken, one of the popular fast food brands in India, has planned to open 150 stores by year end. The plan has been chalked out following the change of the name of the company. Following the brand name change, the company is looking to launch the stores by the end of 2016 expanding through the franchisee route while entering new towns and the existing cities. This big expansion move of the fast food chain will bring delicacies as well as opportunity for signage players to get some new projects in in-shop branding and graphics.
