ColorJet launching Softjet Grand and Polo Turbo at Media Expo 2016 in Mumbai

Perfectly designed for future ready digital inkjet printing, ColorJet is introducing two new printers—Softjet Grand and Polo Turbo—to be displayed at its Stall F12 in the Media Expo 2016 from January 15-17 at BEC, Goregaon, Mumbai. The latest model in the class, Softjet Grand is a 2.5 m soft signage printer, which easily prints on polyester-based fabrics that can be recycled and the printer uses environment-friendly aqueous-based inks. Also, the printer is perfect solution to print directly on fabrics for soft signage business and optimised for replacement of PVC-based media and even the most amazing applications like high-quality backlit displays and flexible displays, additionally.

While, the Polo Turbo is a high speed industrial grade solvent printer, built on a heavy duty structure. Its independent ‘drive technology’ drives each nozzle independently to achieve high-speed production speeds of up to 1600 sq ft/hr, while also delivering high-quality outputs, reliability and offering low running costs. This is a four-colour printer capable to deliver 1440 dpi resolution, on media width up to 3300 mm with a maximum thickness of 3.00 mm. It takes up a varied range of medias comprising SAV, PVC banner, backlit film, window film and solvent-based fabrics.  Smarth Bansal, brand manager, ColorJet remarks, “We are launching the Softjet Grand model to expand our product line and also to enable the entry of entrepreneurs in soft signage business at a lower investment.”

Smarth further informs, “Softjet Grand will prove to be attractive for producers of soft signage items like flags, banners, hoardings, demo tents, vibrant backlits, etc as the trend nowadays is hooking to fabrics being used for events like weddings decorations, banquets and the like. He adds that the printer opens another business avenue for customised decorative fabrics for its users and comes in both 2.5 m and 3.2 m print widths to target different market requirements. ColorJet, one of the largest manufacturers of digital inkjet printers in India, markets its products in 14 countries worldwide.
