California Pizza Kitchen Inc has opened its second restaurant in India, operated by CPK franchise partner JSMGGC India Pvt Ltd, a joint venture between Mumbai-based JSM Corporation and Dubai-based Gourmet Gulf Company. The new unit is located in High Street Phoenix, Mumbai’s largest entertainment destination. The open-exhibition kitchen layout in the restaurant offers guests a view of their meal preparations. Well, such high-end eating outlet is an opportunity for signage companies, such as PSPs, fabricators, sign suppliers, etc working in the retail sector.
