Leading coffee chain Cafe Coffee Day is expanding its presence and plans to open another 100 outlets across India by March 2012. The chain plans to open 60 cafeterias and 45 lounges this year. The company would have 1,250 outlets by the end of this financial year. All the outlets are owned by the company and there are no plans to go for the franchise route. The company has unveiled alternative brewing techniques like Siphon, Pour-Over and French Press along with world cuisine at the coffee outlets. Manifold increase of Café Coffee Day outlets will be new business opportunity for the in-store signage companies, such as PSPs, fabricators, sign makers and others.
