OnePlus announces the opening of its ESC (Exclusive Service Center) in Bengaluru. The service outlet is the first of six such centers that are scheduled to be launched soon. The other cities where ESCs will open include New Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad and Chennai. OnePlus is promising to resolve customer issues within a ‘guaranteed 1-hour turnaround time’ with ESCs. Users in remote locations can also avail the company’s complimentary pickup-drop service. Signage companies, whose activities center around in-shop displays, designs and related activities, will get a new business opportunity for fresh projects in the sector.
