Walmart India, wholly-owned subsidiary of US-based Walmart Stores, recently announced to add 50 more cash and carry stores in around five years, focusing on B2B segment in the country. In addition to the company’s existing 20 cash-and-carry stores in India, Walmart plans to open the new 50 more cash-and-carry stores. While growing the company’s business in the country, Walmart India will continue to invest on supply chain infrastructure and supplier development, especially helping the growth of small and medium manufacturers in India. This is indeed a big business opportunity, which signage companies around the country must tap for big brand new projects on in-shop branding, designs, displays and related activities.
