Even as the consideration is still calibrating to roll out foreign direct investment (FDI) in multi-brand retail in metros, the world’s largest retail chain, Walmart, has expressed interest in investing in Bihar. Last week, representatives from the American Embassy and others visited Bihar and expressed that Walmart wants to invest in the state.
