Vision Express, the joint venture between Reliance Retail and Netherlands-based Grand Vision, will increase the number of its outlets to 500 by 2016-2017 in order to increase their pan-India footprint. Vision Express, which specialises in spectacles, sunglasses and contact lenses, will also expand its presence in tier-II cities. Vision Express, which launched its retail operations in December 2008, has already opened 103 stores across 25 cities in India. The new expansion move of the company will bring a new business opportunity to the signage companies dealing with in-store graphics and displays.
