As part of its international development initiative, US-based premier restaurant chain for subs, salads and soups Quiznos plans to enter India. The company has recently signed a master franchise agreement with Arjun Valluri – who has brought a variety of restaurant concepts, including Xtreme Sports Bar, to southern India – to open its first outlet in May this year. Quiznos’ menus in India will include its signature toasted sandwiches as well as its chef-inspired salads, sides and desserts. Arrival of the US restaurant will be an added opportunity for new business for the signage companies engaging in in-shop displays.
