Japanese apparel brand Uniqlo, which is a part of Fast Retailing, one of the world’s largest apparel retail companies, opened its first store in the country last year at Ambience Mall, Vasant Kunj. Recently, the company announced the opening of its fifth retail store in the country at DLF Mall of India, Noida. The new store at DLF Mall of India is spread over 17,500 sq ff of retail space over two floors, featuring Uniqlo’s flagship LifeWear range of apparel, the entire range of fall and winter products for men, women, kids and babies, and products featuring premium fabrics. Opening of such high-end flagship stores is a big business opportunity for the signage companies engaging in in-store branding and graphic projects.
