Timex Group India Ltd has opened its first store at Jagadamba Junction in Vishakhapatnam. It was the company’s fourth outlet in Andhra Pradesh and the thirty-first in South India. The Vishakhapatnam market was encouraging, and youth-centric products were being launched there. Timex recorded 30 percent growth last year. The number of outlets in the country had grown from 70 to 107 and 37 were added during the past seven months. Surging of the company’s outlets in such manner in different parts of the country will bring in a fresh business opportunity for the signage companies dealing in in-shop designs, displays and other related activities.
