Mumbai Duty Free is owned by Flemingo International and the new toy stores are present at three different locations in the departure terminal, thus enabling purchases through every step of a potential customer’s travel journey. A source says Mumbai Duty Free, using its internal research programme ‘i-say: consumer conversations with MDF’, recorded and analysed customer’s expectations and thereby responded by launching the Hamleys store. Launching of new high-end stores is an added opportunity for the signage companies whose expertise involves in-store signage and design projects.
