With the launch of a new thicker material for sturdier applications, Tekra has expanded its product line. This newly unpacked printing film, JetView Latex White Translucent Matte/Gloss Backlit Polycarbonate, is a 15-mil option for applications requiring more rigidity such as POP displays and other signage applications. The film features a gloss finish on one side and a matte finish on the other; both are printable. A source from Tekra says the material’s 32.5 percent light transmission, helping in reduction of hot spots when backlit. The film is available in 53 inch width.
