Sun Innovations launches a new ink which kills malignant bacteria

Sun Innovations in Russia announces the launch of a new ink that would be ideal for those jobs that would require anti bacterial qualities. Hospitals, bathroom and kitchen tiles and murals in child care centres would be ideal examples. The company announces that the ink is unique and can be used to print on virtually any surface.

The anti-bacterial qualities of the ink are obtained by the addition of silver nanoparticles. These particles are renowned for the anti-bacterial qualities. Scientists have proved that ions of silver have the ability to kill more than 650 species of malignant bacteria. It has also been told that the ink is suitable for most wide-format machines.
