Floor advertising in supermarkets, malls and public venues has grown significantly, outstripping the already high 2010 overall OOH (out of home) media growth of around 20 percent. And there are many examples of poorly and even dangerously executed floor graphics, where attention to the particular dynamics of floor-mounted signage has been overlooked. To address this, Starleaton has launched the Seal Floor Graphics Warranty System, to give both sign producers and venue owners peace-of-mind when they follow the guidelines.
Following the example of the company’s suppliers Seal and Neschen AG in Europe, Starleaton has assembled and tested a range of materials and processes, that the company believed the best. Testing including anti-slip, was conducted by the CSIRO’s Industrial Research Services and the System complies with the recognized ANZS 4586:2004.
