Retail arm of the RPG Group, Spencer’s Retail, recently announced that the company has been looking at profits of Rs 20 per sq ft from its outlets across the country by the end of this fiscal. The company is expecting profit of Rs 20 per sq ft on an average in the retail outlets across the country and plans for new launch of new outlets is in pipeline. Such plan would be an added business opportunity for the signage companies, such as PSPs, fabricators, sign suppliers and others engaging in in-shop signage activities.
