Sihl announces the launch of GreenGrafX Photo Paper 220 satin, which is fully recyclable via the waste-paper cycle. The new photo paper from the company is the first choice for ideal print results in photo and poster applications as well as in large- format printing. The material is not only made in Germany and FSC certified, but can also be recycled via the waste-paper cycle, so that it is certified according to the PTS RH 021/97 category II method, which is common in the recycling environment.
The finishing with a bio-based barrier and the microporous coating of the new GreenGrafX Photo Paper 220 satin replace the PE-film of conventional photo papers and thus make it environmentally friendly, while at the same time retaining the properties that are important for photo printing. The bio-based barrier also ensures very good flatness, even with high ink application, and makes the material less sensitive to fluctuations in temperature and humidity.
