The city’s getting ready for more retail therapy. The concessionaire for the Delhi Airport Metro link, Reliance Infrastructure, is planning to launch a shopping hub at two of its stations – New Delhi Railway Station and the Shivaji Stadium station. Set to come up by October this year, the retail hubs will offer a complete experience. Both retail hubs will be packaged differently. While the New Delhi Railway Station will cater mostly to travelers, including backpacking foreign tourists, the Shivaji Stadium station will be more of a high-end shopping destination. Such new move in the retail front in newer zone will be a golden opportunity for the signage companies involving extensively in the retail sector.
