Sawgrass officially releases its 25 inch Virtuoso product decorating system, which features the Sawgrass VJ 628. It is the only fully integrated sublimation system of its size and has been created specifically for larger format and high-volume production. Virtuoso is the first new addition to Swagrass’ line, enabling the company to offer a larger format sublimation solution for additional markets. Characteristically Sawgrass VJ 628 delivers prints up to 1440 x 1440 dpi, the highest resolution possible, and features Mutoh’s patent-pending i2 Intelligent Interweaving printing technology, which virtually eliminates horizontal and vertical banding. With a maximum print area of 24.4 inch on 24.8-inch media, the VJ 628 is the only printer of its size that enables a full-bleed print on 24-inch products. This, combined with an industrial-grade printhead built to last even in the most-demanding production environments, makes the VJ 628 a unique combination of extreme versatility and value.
