Roland DGA has announced Rotary Rack XL and Rotary Rack XXL attachments designed for the VersaObject CO Series of UV flatbed printers and VersaUV LEC2 S-Series of UV flatbeds to print directly around cylindrical objects. Both accessories enable 360-degree printing around cylindrical substrates from .5 to 7.75 inches in diameter, including bottles and glassware. The Rotary Racks are lightweight, simple to install, constructed with aluminum for durability.
Rotary Rack XL and Rotary Rack XXL attachments are powered by the printer gantry, and designed to fit under the printer carriage, according to the company. The Rotary Rack XL is compatible with 30-inch printers, while the Rotary Rack XXL is built with two 30-inch racks for 64-inch printer models.
