Priyank Sukhija, a restaurateur based in Delhi, plans to adopt the American model of McDonald’s and Pizza Hut to grow his business across the country and abroad by franchising out his restaurant brands. Sukhija who owns and operates 22 outlets such as OTB, Boombox, Raas and Fork You across price points plans to open 150 restaurants and cafes across India and international locations like the US, Dubai and London along through franchise partners in the next seven years. Such august move of the Priyank will benefit the signage players whose activities involve in in-shop signage, displays and others.
