Restaurant chain Maroosh links with Metro Cash & Carry for steer expansion plan

Mumbai-based Lebanese restaurant chain Maroosh, which UTV founder Ronnie Screwvala holds a stake, has tied up with Metro Cash & Carry India to steer its expansion. According to a source from the company, the expansion is going to be strong in the coming years. Earlier this year, Screwvala acquired a 43 percent stake in Maroosh for around Rs 50 crore through Unilazer Ventures, which focuses on emerging businesses.  Now the plan is to open 23 mm! Maroosh outlets in Mumbai and Pune by March 2015. Such a new move towards store expansion will bring in fresh projects which signage players can tap in the in-store branding, designs, displays and related activities.
