Earmarking Rs 130 crore capex for the financial year 2017, PVR announces to open the largest multiplex in the country at Noida to mark its leadership position in the market. In addition, the company is looking at adding 60 more screens every year. This fiscal they have done with 52 screens. Of this, the company has only e Superplex coming up in Bangalore, which would be at 12 screens. The next 60 screens will come up in a mix of cities where PVR is already present in, like Bangalore, Hyderabad, Lucknow and in smaller towns there is Moradabad, Baroda among others. Signage companies engaged in in-shop branding, designs, display graphics will get a fresh business opportunity with the opening of the new PVR multiplexes.
