German sports lifestyle brand Puma plans to open only premium ‘Forever Faster’ retail stores in India, doing away with their older retail stores concept, according to source from the company. Puma had launched the first ‘Forever Faster’ store in the country in April last year in New Delhi’s South Extension market, spread across 4,800 square feet over three floors. The company has so far opened 22 Forever Faster stores in the country and plans to stick to the format in smaller towns also. Puma has Forever Faster stores in selected cities across the world such as Berlin, Seoul, Istanbul and Shanghai. Now, the company’s new plan for the high-end stores in India will be an added business opportunity for the signage companies whose activities are involved in in-shop designs, displays and branding jobs.
