PrintFactory has announced the release of the latest workflow software for enabling large-format printers in textiles, décor and other sectors including ceramics and general graphic arts to be more efficient and deliver market-leading color quality, at lower costs. The V6.3.3 updateof PrintFactory software includes several important features and tools that will make life even easier for customers. For textile producers, for example, PrintFactory Textiles step-and-repeat feature is now available right across the software suite, with access from our Editor, Layout, and PrintStation tools. And in PrintStation, producers can now change the length and width of a textile production run right up to the last moment.
The company has been working closely with a number of very large textile companies, but they make sure upgrades to their industrial scale software that can be just as useful for smaller firms. There are so many things that can affect color in digital textiles’ production – décor, too – it’s vital to have as much control as possible in every part of the manufacturing process. The newly upgraded PrintFactory V6.3.3 also includes ‘help videos’ to further improve teams’ ability to get the most from this suite of software—extended driver support; an advanced averaging measurements mode for even more accurate Calibrator readings; more efficient stack nesting and double-sided nesting in RIP queues.
