Pizza Hut India, a chain of Yum Brands-owned pizza, plans to double its outlets to over 700 in the next five years. The expansion plan of the company is based on the growing popularity of western fast-food in the country, according to a source of the company. Currently the company has 360 restaurants across 100 cities. The pizza chain runs a franchise model in the country, where investments come from franchise partners. In 2014, the company had ramped up aggressively and opened over 80 restaurants across India. Now, they are in a consolidation phase. The double-jibe store expansion plan of Pizza Hut is a fresh business opportunity ever existed for the signage companies engaging in in-shop displays, designs and such tasks.
