Panasonic has put in place a multi-pronged strategy to draw consumers impacted by the slowdown. The plan has laid out to enter new product categories and launch India-suitable products; drive growth in the Tier-II towns by enhancing the company’s retail footprints. Also the company has revealed that drive sales through “affordable” pricing and easy loans to consumers would be part of the strategic expansion move of the company. Strategic growth and expansion plan of the electronics major will bring in a fresh business to those signage companies engaging in in-shop branding, designing, fabrication and other related activities.
