New Force Magnetics presents its new 30” wide flexible magnetic material for digital printers to improve yield when printing and applying UV to flexible magnet materials on wide-format flatbed printers. The magnet material is ideal for solvent, eco-solvent and UV inks. Previously, magnetic sheeting rolls were not available in widths from 24.375” wide up to 30” wide. Now New Force Magnetics manufactures and stocks 30” wide rolls for the best yield for print beds up to 30” wide or more.
The new product can be slit to 27”, 28”, 29” or smaller and sheeted to desired length at the conversion facility located in Elbert, Colorado. The 30” rolls are available in 50 feet rolls, and available in thickness of .015”, .020” and the standard vehicle magnet thickness of .030”. The superior matte white laminate on the printing surface adds approximately .004” to the magnet thickness. The 30” flexible magnetic material is also available in plain with an acrylic adhesive on the non-magnetic side.
