Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Ltd (MRPL) has opened a new retail outlet at Panambur in New Mangalore. Spread across 2.75 acre of land, the company-owned company-operated (COCO) retail outlet is the third store in the city, and it will largely cater to truckers originating from New Mangalore Port. Other MRPL outlets are located near its refinery and at Kadri in the city. MRPL is planning to add other conveniences such as ATM, dhaba for truckers, and restaurant for motoring public at its retail outlet. Opening of new outlets in cities and towns across the country is an added business opportunity for the signage companies that handle in-store projects.
