In the latest technological update, Mimaki has doubled the bed size of its newly introduced JFX200-2513 UV-LED printer to create the new JFX200-2531 model. With dual origin points and a user-controllable, twin independent vacuum pump system, the design allows operators to position multiple pieces as large as two 4 x 8-ft boards on the bed, and unload and load on one side while production is continued on the other. Users can also print oversized materials up to 98.4 x 122 x 2 in.
Unique features of JFX200-2513 UV-LED include its threaded layout pins for accurate media registration at either origin point, an ionizer bar to minimize static electricity, and low-heat UV-LED lamps for printing on heat-sensitive substrates. The 10-ft table ships in two parts; Mimaki says most standard double doorway entrances will accommodate each part with little to no modifications. Users can choose from a number of ink sets for a variety of applications.
