Marks & Spencer eyes more stores in India

UK-based apparel retail major Marks & Spencer announces that they would continue to open more stores in India and increase sourcing from the country. The company also mentioned that they will continue its partnership with Reliance Retail to expand its business in India despite the government’s proposal to allow 100 percent FDI in single brand retail. The company operates 22 stores in India and plans to open another four by the end of the financial year. Expansion of Marks & Spencer in the subcontinent would surge the existing business opportunity for the signage companies dealing in in-store signs and displays.
