Popular Italian restaurant Little Italy has opened its first outlet in Ahemdabad, offering pure vegetarian Italian food to Gujarati taste buds. Little Italy Group Express Foods Pvt Ltd is India’s one of the largest chain of vegetarian Italian restaurants. Ahmedabad was always in the company’s radar to open Little Italy’s outlet. For the new outlet in the city, the company has hired three chefs from Italy and will be importing around 30 per cent raw food materials from outside India. In such big move of Little Italy, signage companies engaged in in-shop branding, designs and respective activities will able to tap fresh projects in the sector. Little Italy started its business in India in 1989 from Pune and currently has 34 outlets in the country.
