Kalyan Jewellers is planning to expand its footprints in Chennai by launching its biggest store in the city this year. The store will the company’s 50th store in the city and it will be measured more than 40,000 sq. ft. and will have parking space for 100 cars and 200 bikes and at any point of time 300 people can sit and make their purchases. The company has a roadmap to build 20 new stores in the pipeline for the next fiscal with an investment plan of Rs 500-600 crore. Such big expansion move of the company will boost the business opportunity of the signage companies dealing in in-shop displays, designs and related jobs.
