Jewellery brand Voylla plans to double its retail footprint by 2018-end

Fashion jewellery brand Voylla is looking to double its retail touch points to 500 and achieve break-even by the end of calendar year 2018. The company, founded in 2011, currently has 240 retail touch points in India — which include exclusive stores, shop-in-shops in large multi-brand outlets and kiosks. Voylla, which had raised USD 15 million in funding from private equity firm Peepul Capital last year, said it does not require fresh funding for expansion. Now, signage companies with the knack of in-shop branding and designing projects must tap this new business opportunity surging in the sector.
