INX Digital Triangle DTK water-based dye sub inks are engineered for transfer printing onto polyester fabrics or blends. DTK inks, offered in orange, blue, turquoise, fluorescent yellow and fluorescent pink, are fast drying and designed with jetting reliability, according to the company. Additional features of the inks include high-density dye concentration, wide colour gamut, and high transfer rate. Compatible with coated or uncoated transfer paper and presses with Kyocera printheads, applications of the inks include sportswear, garments, banners, ceramics, wood, décor, hard substrates such as snowboards and skis, and more.
In addition, TRIANGLE water-based textile inks DT8 and DT8-Pro are designed for digital printers utilizing EPSON piezo printhead technology. These inks are intended for direct-to-textile and transfer printing on polyester or mixed synthetic fabrics that contain a minimum of 60 percent polyester. In the direct-to-textile printing method, images are printed directly onto the fabric and are subsequently put through a process of thermo-fixation. In the transfer printing method, images are printed on specialty coated paper for subsequent transfer onto the polyester-based fabrics.
