Indel Automotives, a subsidiary of the Mumbai-based Indel Corporation, has strengthened its presence in Kerala automobile sector through the acquisition of MGF Motors Ltd, Kerala Cars Pvt Ltd and Omega Motors Pvt Ltd. The company said in a statement that it has completed a one-and-half-year long process of one of the largest auto dealership network takeovers, including one of the largest Ford’s dealerships groups, Hyundai and Volvo dealerships. With these takeovers, the number of auto dealer touch points controlled by Indel Automotive will cross 70, including two-wheelers. Such dealer outlet expansion plan of the company will bring an added business advantage for the signage companies whose activities involve in in-shop branding, designs and such activities.
