The retail chain, Hypercity recently launched its maiden store in Bhopal, the first in Madhya Pradesh. The Hypercity Retail India Limited, which has launched this store at DB City is the first store in Madhya Pradesh with a product line-up of nearly 45,000 items. After Bhopal, the company has plans to set up another Hypercity at Indore. By March next year, the company will open four more such stores at Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Pune and Ludhiana and has plans to invest Rs 250 crore in the growing retail segment in India. The company’s mega expansion plan will bring a new business to the signage segment, particularly benefiting those players in the in-store sector.
