With the government allowing 100 percent FDI in single brand retail under the automatic route, world’s leading smartphone maker Huawei is planning to open its experience stores in India. Though a product is selling online, people are keen to see and feel it at an offline store. So the company is planning for experience store, which is a part of their offline strategy, according to a source from the company. It has been mentioned that first experience store will open sometime in the first half of 2018 and will be positioned as a lifestyle store where consumers can experience and purchase the devices. Retail domain is now changing its landscape as many online players are now going for brick-and-mortar stores, signaling signage companies a new business opportunity.
