D’Décor, a leading home décor and furnishing company, plans to open at least five stores in the country every year to tap the potential of the domestic market. According to a source from the company, they have nine stores across India—five in Mumbai—Bandra, Ghatkopar, Malad, Andheri and in one of the suburbs. In Delhi, they have a store at Lajpat Nagar which was launched last year, and this, in Rajouri Garden, is its second. Apart from Mumbai and Delhi, D’décor has stores in Kolkata, Ahemdabad, Bengaluru and Chennai. The cities the company is picking to open stores already have its distributors and dealers. This store expansion move of D’Décor is elation for signage companies whose activities revolve around in-store branding, designs and such activities.
