Sweden-based luxury bed manufacturer Hastens enters the Gujarat market by opening its showroom in Ahmedabad. This is the third Hastens store in India and first in Gujarat. The company plans to have 10-12 stores in various cities of the country. Along with the newly launched showroom in Ahmedabad, the company has one store each in Hyderabad and Mumbai. The company intends to increase the number to 10-12 by the end of the 2012. Apart from Ahmedabad, the company is also mulling new showrooms in cities like Surat and Rajkot. Gradual expansion of Hastens showrooms across the country will offer new business opportunity to signage players like in-store display companies, PSPs, fabricators and others.
